All trademarks and logos displayed on this Site are the property of Edgy Sport or its partners. Use of these marks without prior written consent is prohibited.

3. User Submissions

If you share comments, photos, or other content (“Submissions”) on our website or social media using Edgy Sport product tags, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use your Submissions in our marketing and promotional materials.

You represent that you own or have permission to use all materials you submit, and that your content does not infringe any third-party rights or contain unlawful, obscene, or offensive material.

This Site may include links to external websites not controlled by Edgy Sport. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or transactions that occur on those sites. Review third-party policies before engaging with them.

Edgy Sport respects intellectual property rights. If you believe your copyrighted material has been used in a way that constitutes infringement, please send a written notice to hello@edgysport.com, including:

  • Your physical or electronic signature
  • Identification of the copyrighted work and the infringing material
  • Contact information
  • A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is unauthorized
  • A statement that the information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

Upon receiving a valid notice, we will remove or disable access to the material as required by the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

7. Orders, Payments, and Taxes

All prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Edgy Sport sells and ships orders only within the United States.
We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other approved payment methods. Taxes are applied as required by law based on the shipping destination.

8. Returns and Refunds

All returns must include a return authorization number and be in new condition with original packaging.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your return. For exchanges, please place a new order.

9. Risk of Loss

Ownership and risk of loss for purchased items transfer to you upon delivery to the carrier.

10. Product Descriptions and Pricing

We strive for accuracy, but cannot guarantee that product descriptions or prices are error-free. Edgy Sport reserves the right to correct errors, update pricing, and discontinue products at any time.

11. Mockup Approval

Before production begins, you’ll receive a mockup of your custom order via email. Production will only start after you approve the design. By approving your mockup, you confirm that all spelling, colors, and design details are correct. Edgy Sport is not responsible for customer-approved errors.

12. Limitation of Liability

Your use of this Site is at your own risk. Edgy Sport is not responsible for any damages resulting from use, inability to use, or performance of this Site.
In no event shall Edgy Sport’s total liability exceed $50 USD.

13. Warranties Disclaimer

All content and services on this Site are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Edgy Sport, its employees, and affiliates from any claims or damages arising from your use of this Site or violation of these Terms.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA. Any dispute will be resolved through binding arbitration under the Federal Arbitration Act and administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA). You waive your right to participate in any class-action lawsuit. Arbitration will be conducted individually and in English.

16. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to this Site at any time for violation of these Terms or misuse of our services. Upon termination, you must cease use of all Site content.
