Introduction
At Edgy Sport, every product is customized for each client. Because of this, our refund policy is designed to balance fairness and efficiency while maintaining the quality standards we promise. Please review the terms below carefully to understand how refunds, replacements, and cancellations are handled.
1. Refunds for Custom Orders
All Edgy Sport products are custom-made to order. Because of this, refunds are not allowed once production has begun. Any order that has been client-approved for production cannot be refunded.
2. Refund Exceptions
All sizing and design details are approved by the client before production begins. Therefore, refunds will not be issued for sizing, color, or design-related reasons. If a client discovers a confirmed manufacturing defect in the final product, Edgy Sport may offer a replacement at no additional cost. Refunds are not available for these cases.
3. Sample Packs and Non-Custom Items
Edgy Sport does not sell stock items. All products are made to order. For larger orders, clients may request sample packs; however, samples are non-refundable, and the client is responsible for the sample cost.
4. Replacements and Store Credit
If a product defect is confirmed, Edgy Sport will provide a replacement free of charge. Replacements are only issued for approved cases, and no refunds or store credits are offered.
5. Return Shipping Costs
If a replacement is approved, Edgy Sport will cover the shipping cost for the replacement items.
6. Return Authorization
Before any replacement is issued, the client must receive written approval or a Return Authorization from Edgy Sport. Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
7. Timeframe for Requests
Clients must report any defects or quality concerns within 7 days of receiving their order. Requests made after this period may not qualify for replacement.
8. Refund Processing
Refunds apply only to payments made before production begins. After production has started, confirmed defects will be handled through a replacement shipment. Clients do not need to return defective items for replacement in approved cases.
9. Order Cancellations
Clients may cancel their order only if production has not started within one week after payment. In this case, no cancellation fee applies. Once production begins, cancellations are not permitted.
10. Mockup Approval
All custom orders require mockup approval before production starts. Once a mockup is approved, no changes or refunds can be made to the order.
11. Refund Method
When refunds are applicable (for pre-production cancellations), they will be issued using the original payment method, such as credit card or PayPal.
12. Geographic Scope
This refund policy applies only to orders shipped within the United States.
