Introduction
At Edgy Sport, we take pride in delivering your custom orders quickly and securely. Every shipment is handled with care and shipped via trusted carriers to ensure your products arrive on time and in excellent condition. Please review the details below to understand our shipping process and policies.
1. Shipping Carrier
All Edgy Sport orders are shipped via FedEx Air Delivery for fast and reliable service.
2. Shipping Area
We currently ship only within the United States.
3. Shipping Fees
Shipping is free for all U.S. orders.
4. Production and Shipping Timeline
All custom orders are shipped express via FedEx (5 business days delivery) once production is complete. Orders typically ship 3–4 weeks after final mockup approval and payment confirmation, depending on order volume.
Please note that selecting express shipping does not speed up the customization process. All orders are produced in the order they are received to ensure consistent quality. Customers receive a FedEx tracking number via email once their order ships.
5. Signature on Delivery
To ensure secure delivery, some orders may require a signature upon receipt. This helps protect against package theft or misdelivery.
6. Tracking Updates
Customers receive email updates at each stage, including design confirmation, production start, and shipment. You can also track your package directly using the FedEx tracking number provided once your order has been dispatched.
7. Delays and Unforeseen Events
We understand that certain events, such as severe weather, natural disasters, or carrier disruptions, are beyond our control. In such cases, our delivery obligations are temporarily suspended, and the timeline will be extended until the situation is resolved. We appreciate your understanding during these rare events.
8. Shipping Address Changes
We confirm all details and designs with you before production begins. After that point, we’ll do our best to accommodate address change requests, but adjustments cannot be guaranteed. If you need to update your shipping address, please contact hello@edgysport.com within 24 hours of placing your order.
9. Lost or Damaged Shipments
All shipments are carefully inspected before dispatch. If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact hello@edgysport.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details. Claims made after this period may not be eligible for replacement. If damage or loss is confirmed, a replacement will be issued at no cost.
Once FedEx marks a package as delivered, responsibility transfers to the customer.
10. Incorrect Shipping Address
If an incorrect address is provided by the customer, they are responsible for any resulting loss or return.
No refunds will be issued in such cases. Customers may either place a new order or contact FedEx directly to arrange redelivery.
11. P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses
We cannot ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. FedEx requires a valid physical address for all deliveries.
12. Large or Team Orders
For large or multi-item orders, shipments may be divided into multiple boxes. You’ll receive individual tracking details for each shipment.
13. Unclaimed or Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as unclaimed or undeliverable, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
14. Duties and Taxes
Edgy Sport currently ships only within the U.S., so international duties or taxes do not apply.
15. Holiday and Seasonal Delays
Production and delivery times may be affected by public holidays or high-demand seasons.
We recommend placing orders early during these periods to avoid delays.
