FedEx Air Delivery: All orders at Edgy Sport are shipped via FedEx air. This method ensures a quick and reliable delivery of your items.
2. Post-Delivery Discrepancies
Immediate Reporting Required: If you encounter any issue with your order upon delivery, please contact us immediately. We value your satisfaction and will promptly address your concerns. However, please note that claims for discrepancies reported more than 7 days after receipt will not be honored.
3. Custom Orders
Express Shipping of Custom Orders: Custom orders are shipped express (2-3 business days delivery) once the customization process is complete. It’s important to note that selecting a shipping method other than standard ground does not expedite the customization process itself. Custom orders are processed in the order they are received to ensure quality and attention to detail.
4. Shipping Address Requirements
No PO Box Deliveries: As FedEx is our shipping partner and they do not deliver to PO boxes, please provide a physical address for shipping. A PO box address cannot be accepted for delivery.
5. Returned Packages
Refunds for Returned Packages: In cases where packages are returned to us, we will issue a refund to the original form of payment. Please note that this refund excludes any shipping charges.
6. Events Outside Our Control
