What's a "Design Your Own" Order?
Want to create something that’s truly yours? Our Design Your Own option lets you build custom jerseys and sportswear from scratch using our 3D Kit Builder. With it, you can:
- Choose your colors, patterns, and garment features
- Add logos, names, and numbers
- See your design come to life instantly in 3D

Choose Your Colors
Start by selecting your team colors in the 3D Kit Builder. You can customize every panel, collar, cuff, and trim — experimenting freely until you find your perfect combination.
Customize Garment Features
Select from the available fabrics, collar styles, and optional features like vents or reinforced seams. Each product lists which options are available.
Pro tip: choose performance fabric for training, premium or REPREVE for a higher-end or eco option.
Upload logos and graphics
Add logos directly in the builder, resize and position with the on-screen controls. Vector files or high-resolution PNGs give the best print quality.
Pro tip: include a full-color and a one-color version of your logo in case we need alternatives for small print areas.
Add Names & Numbers

Enter Order Details
Select your sport category so we can use the correct size chart for that product line. If your sport isn’t listed, choose Custom Apparel, then input your team’s names, numbers, and sizes using the form or Excel template before clicking Buy Now to add your order to the cart.
Review your cart and checkout
Review the design summary and price breakdown, add any notes for your account manager, then complete checkout. The cart may show (x1) visually, check the product title for the true quantity (for example, Custom Shirt (x12)).
Pro tip: add special shipping or packaging notes at checkout so we can confirm before production.
PRODUCTION
We confirm artwork and order details by email, then begin production. Need changes? Contact us within 48 hours of ordering to adjust before manufacturing.
Pro tip: reply to the confirmation email with any small tweaks, that is the fastest way to update an order.
DELIVERY
We send photos of the finished garments on a mannequin, then ship via FedEx Air with tracking. We monitor the shipment and help if anything goes off track.
Pro tip: inspect the photos carefully, and message us within 48 hours of delivery if anything needs attention.
What's a "Pre-Made Design" Order?
Pre-Made Design orders let you choose from professionally designed templates with preset color schemes, ready to customize in minutes. It’s a faster, simpler alternative to our 3D Kit Builder — perfect for teams that want high-quality custom apparel without the extra time of designing from scratch. You can easily add your team’s logos in the available logo areas and include player names and numbers using the default style for a polished, professional finish.

What's a "Custom Jersey Design" Order?
Custom Jersey Design orders are for teams who want something completely original, built from a blank canvas by our in-house design team. You’ll share your logos, colors, and inspirations, and we’ll turn them into unique design concepts refined through your feedback until it’s exactly what you envisioned. This option gives you full creative control and a one-of-a-kind look, with a one-time design fee waived for qualifying bulk orders.

What's a "Team Shop" Order?
A Team Shop Order uses our free service that gives your team its own custom online store after the design is finalized. Players can choose their sizes, add names and numbers, and pay directly, so you no longer need to collect payments or manage spreadsheets. Once the order window closes, we take care of production and delivery — making the process fast, organized, and stress-free for everyone.

How can I place an order?
You can order in three ways: use our Uniform Designer to build your own kit, choose from our pre-made designs, or work with our team on a fully custom design. The custom design fee is waived for orders over 60 pieces, otherwise it’s $30 per design. To get started on a custom design, contact us at hello@edgysport.com or via the contact form.
How do I track my order?
You’ll receive updates by email at each stage of the process, including design confirmation, when your order enters production, and when it ships. This way you’ll always know where things stand.
Do you have a minimum order quantity?
There are no minimums required. You can order a single jersey or kit if needed.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept credit card, bank transfer, Stripe, and Google Pay. Payment must be made before production unless special terms are arranged.
Do you have a size guide?
Yes, our size guide is available online. Since jerseys can vary between sports categories, we recommend checking the guide for the specific item and comparing measurements with similar apparel you already own.
