Turkey Bowl – A beloved one-day, mixed-gender hat tournament at Genesee Park, featuring a canned food drive for NW Harvest and a potluck meal. Players may sign up with one buddy, and new for 2025, youth ages 16+ can join if paired with a family member 18+.
Snowbreak Hat Tournament – A one-day event known for its Spirit of the Game, featuring women-matching (advanced & beginner) and men-matching (all levels) divisions. Players register individually, and teams are formed by tournament directors. You can buddy with one person, and both must list each other when signing up.
Winter Wonder League – Celebrating its 14th year, this Friday night hat league welcomes Defenders of Women (DOWs) and Defenders of Choice (DOX), ages 18+, of all skill levels. Parks Tacoma partners with Tacoma Dodgeball Association for Drop-in Dodgeball. Players of all skill levels are welcome to come to play 7″ foam coed adult recreational drop-in dodgeball every Sunday at People’s Community Center from 2-4 pm.
