Tacoma Dodgeball is a 7″ Foam co-ed adult recreational league at People’s Community Center. Teams will play at least two (20) minute games each week. Games are 6v6 with a minimum (2) women per team. Although competitive, the league is meant to be fun and social. Adults from all different athletic backgrounds are welcome. Each game will be officiated by members of other teams. Players are required to play with high integrity and self-officiate.

ECS Pub League is a 21+ adult recreational league for very casual no/low contact soccer for beginners and beginner-friendly low-intermediate recreational players. We’re not for everyone. Our level of skill, physicality, and competitiveness is typically well below even the lowest divisions of other leagues.
The Winter II indoor adult soccer season begins on January 5th. Registration isn’t open yet, but players can sign up to receive a notification when spots become available. This season follows the same format as other Arena Sports adult leagues, offering multiple divisions and skill levels.
This indoor adult soccer league runs from September 29th to January 4th. Players can register as a full team or join as a free agent/house-team member. Leagues are open to all skill levels and locations include Issaquah, Magnuson, Mill Creek, Redmond and SODO. Membership and additional team requirements apply.

Games run 7–9 PM with two matches per week, free uniforms, and a 7-week season ending in playoffs. Open to all genders with a focus on inclusivity, sportsmanship, and having fun.
