ECS Pub League is a 21+ adult recreational league for very casual no/low contact soccer for beginners and beginner-friendly low-intermediate recreational players. We’re not for everyone. Our level of skill, physicality, and competitiveness is typically well below even the lowest divisions of other leagues.

Starfire’s outdoor 8v8 league takes the rules and speed of indoor soccer outside. Played on a smaller field and with smaller goals than 11v11, 8v8 is a great hybrid of indoor and outdoor soccer.

Greater Seattle Soccer League’s fall season runs September 3 to December 11, with registration open June 23–July 13 and late registration through July 20
Greater Seattle Soccer League’s spring season runs from March 2nd to June 5th, with early bird registration open from January 10 – January 16, and late registration through February 2nd
This summer league runs from June 8 to August 14 and offers structured soccer competition for adult teams across multiple divisions. It’s designed for players looking for organized weekly match play during the summer season.
