Spring/Summer League registration will open in February. Adult players and teams can choose from 20 different leagues, including co-ed, men’s, and women’s leagues. We are excited to get you all out for some friendly competition with your friends and family.

Seattle Parks and Recreation offers flag football leagues year-round in the following formats: Women’s 5v5, Men’s 7v7, Men’s 5v5, and 8v8 Coed.
